Tommy came out the day I called and spent a lot of time helping me find the source of a water problem. He explained everything thoroughly and explained what needed to be done to dry out my carpet. Then he said he wouldn't charge me anything for just finding the source. I couldn't believe it! He came out the next week to tack the carpet down. I was so impressed by his friendly, honest service.
